Apartment Regulations

Dear guests,

You are about to spend your holidays in a private apartment. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for you to enjoy beautiful and peaceful days. The house rules you are about to read are intended to support a harmonious stay.

General:
If there is anything wrong with the apartment or if you need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. All items within the apartment are at your disposal. Please use the inventory with care and respect the rules of conduct. Regarding the air conditioning, kindly refrain from leaving it on when the windows are open (for ecological and energy-saving reasons).

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a host's welcome. After 6:00 PM, it's a self-check-in.
• Check-out by 10:00 AM. The key should be deposited inside the dedicated box at the entrance of the building.

Pets:
Pets are NOT allowed.

Smoking:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING is allowed inside the apartments. Any damages due to burns or holes on furniture, floor, linens, tablecloths, etc. will be charged at replacement value. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in outdoor areas, and an ashtray has been provided.

Damages:
We would appreciate it if you informed us immediately of any damages that occur, which will be assessed based on the value of the damaged items. Windows and external doors must be closed when leaving to prevent damage from inclement weather.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Kitchen:
It is necessary to wash dishes and pots, as this is not included in the general cleaning fees. Please ensure that only clean dishes are placed back in the cabinets.

Bathroom:
Please do not dispose of hygiene products and/or leftover meals in the toilet.

Optional Services:
Upon request, a crib (camping-style) for children up to three years old is available. The service is free of charge.

Trash:
Separate waste collection is required. Different bins are provided in the apartment:

• plastic (yellow lid);
• glass (green lid);
• paper (blue lid);
• organic waste (brown lid);
• non-recyclable waste (gray lid).

At the end of your stay, the various types of waste should be disposed of in the communal bins located in the parking area.

It is not allowed to organize parties and/or events.

It is not allowed to grant access to external individuals to the facility without authorization.
